What is a credit?+
Credits are what generations cost. A typical text-to-3D model uses about 5 credits, so Maker's 200 monthly credits are roughly 40 models. Texturing passes cost a few credits as well, and higher-quality engine settings can cost slightly more.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No — credits refresh at the start of each billing month and unused credits expire. Keeping usage monthly is how we keep the plans this affordable.
Can I use my models commercially?+
On Maker and Studio, yes — you own full commercial rights to everything you generate, including selling prints and using models in client or commercial projects. The Free plan is for personal use only.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel in one click from your account page, and you keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Your gallery and models remain yours.
What is your refund policy?+
If something isn't right, contact us at contact@rhovium.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right — including a full refund.
